I’ll add this one to the FAQ-
Any theatre that has been on a stage, or is supposed to be performed on stage (I have a few original works here that have never been performed, which is cool! Really hipster stuff, haha!) This encompasses musicals, straight plays, operas, operettas, minstrel shows, vaudeville, puppet shows…. literally anything. I also accept original works from tv shows (such as Smash), the original denoting that it was written for the show and was not performed as a cover on the show (so that rules out the majority of Glee). I also accept movie musicals, under the same conditions as the tv shows.
So to answer your question, yes and no. Yes, any theatre, anywhere in the world (foreign quotes should have translations if possible!). But the stage itself isn’t strictly necessary. Hope that clears it up! If not, ask me and I’ll try to clarify it further for you.
